Most of the normal cells showed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with additional nuclear staining in several cases. Placental trophoblasts, adrenal cortex, Kupffer cells in the liver and subsets of lymphoid cells in reaction centra were strongly stained. The liver, kidney, breast, most cells in the CNS and myocytes were negative or weakly stained.
A majority of malignant cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with additional nuclear staining in many cases. A few non-Hodgkins lymphomas were strongly stained. Several malignant melanomas, renal and liver cancers were negative.
