Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate membranous and/or cytoplasmic positivity. Pre-menopausal endometrial glands, thyroid gland, subset of cells in pancreatic islets, enteroendocrine cells and prostate were strongly stained. The liver, soft tissues, spleen, glandular cells in breast, myocytes and glial cells were weakly stained or negative.
