A majority of the normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and rare membranous staining. Smooth muscle and endothelial cells were strongly positive in all tissues. Gastrointestinal tract, hepatocytes, islet cells, cells in seminiferous ducts and the lymphoid tissues as well as most cells in the CNS were negative or weakly stained.
