Glandular cells of intestinal tract, hepatocytes, intercalated discs of heart muscle and subsets of skeletal muscle myocytes displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with additional luminal membranous positivity in few cases. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in Leydig cells. Strong membranous positivity was displayed by renal tubules. The adrenal showed strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Moderate cytoplasmic positivity was displayed in gall bladder, heart muscle cells, liver, pneumocytes, trophoblastic cells and cells in seminiferous ducts and Purkinje cells. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
