Strong membranous positivity was observed in glandular cells of breast and renal tubules. Neuronal cells of cerebral cortex and hippocampus showed distinct nuclear positivity. Moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity was seen in subsets of leukocytes. Respiratory epithelia, squamous epithelia, epididymis, seminal vesicle, smooth muscle and neuronal cells of lateral ventricle displayed moderate positivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Subsets of lymphoid cells and the thyroid gland displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. In testis, Sertoli and Leydig cells showed moderate positivity. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
