A majority of normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern. Hepatocytes, lung, glial cells, most cells in lymphoid tissues, smooth and heart muscle were weakly stained or negative.

Most of the normal cells showed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with additional membranous staining in some cases. Exocrine pancreas, gall bladder, adrenal cortex, Leydig cells, prostate and skeletal muscle cells were strongly stained. Glial cells, pancreatic islets and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
