Staining summary
Normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous staining in many cases. Respiratory epithelium, exocrine pancreas, leydig cells and skeletal myocytes exhibited strong cytoplasmic staining. Squamous epithelium of vulva/ anal skin and cervix displayed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Liver, alveolar cells, glial cells and the lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
