A majority of normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining, often with a granular pattern. Parietal cells in gastric glands, parathyroid, epididymis, seminal vesicle, Purkinje cells, heart muscle and renal tubules were strongly positive. Glomeruli, bile duct, alveoli, most cells in lymphoid tissues and placenta were negative.
