Cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous staining in a few tissues. Occasional cases of melanoma, ovarian, cervical and liver cancers were strongly stained. Most cases of carcinoid, prostate, breast, renal, lung and stomach cancers were negative.

Several cases of duct carcinomas of breast, squamous cell carcinomas of cervix, papillary adenocarcinomas of thyroid, adenocarcinomas of lung, pancreatic cancers along with few cases of stomach and urothelial cancers displayed strong positivity.
