Most of the cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear immunoreactivity. Several papillary adenocarcinomas of thyroid along with a few non-Hodgkins lymphomas and prostate cancers were strongly stained. Testis cancers along with several gliomas, renal, pancreatic and skin cancers were negative.
Papillary adenocarcinomas of thyroid showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Several basal cell carcinomas, urothelial and renal cancers along with few duct carcinomas of breast, gliomas and ovarian cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear immunoreactivity. Remaining cancer tissues were mostly negative.
