A subset of tumor cells in few cases of melanomas, thyroid, breast, endometrial, renal and pancreatic cancers exhibited moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Few cases of hepatocellular carcinomas showed moderate to strong membranous and cytoplasmic positivity. Other cancer tissues were in general negative.
Moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in thyroid cancers as well as several cases of melanomas, prostate, urothelial, liver and pancreatic cancers. Fractions of cells in cases of squamous cell carcinomas were strongly stained. Remaining cancer cells showed weak staining or were negative.
