Cancer tissues were in general weakly stained or negative. Several cases of melanomas, ovarian and pancreatic cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic staining.
Melanomas showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity while hepatocellular carcinomas, gliomas, breast, colorectal, lung and thyroid cancers showed weak to moderate staining. Remaining cancers were mainly negative.
