Staining summary
HPA035900 Weak to moderate nuclear positivity was observed in most tissues. Cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern was observed in airway epithelium, epididymis, exocrine pancreas and smooth muscle cells. Neuronal cells showed moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear membranous staining.
HPA035901 Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Myocytes and a subset of glial cells showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Liver, breast, cells in glomeruli, thyroid, Purkinje cells, hematopoietic cells and the lymphoid tissues were negative.
