Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Glial cells, neuronal cells, myocytes, squamous epithelia except basal layer and soft tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Heart muscle cells displayed strong cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous positivity in intestine. Strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity was observed in chondrocytes. Adrenocortical cells, respiratory epithelia, gall bladder, lung, placenta, prostate, urothelium, skeletal muscle cells and stomach were moderately stained. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
