Distinct luminal membranous staining was observed in intestinal tract and renal tubules. Myocytes in heart showed weak cytoplasmic positivity. Other normal tissues were negative.

Gastrointestinal tract showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Cells in glomeruli displayed moderate staining. Prostate, Purkinje cells, cells in molecular layer of cerebellum, muscle myocytes and a subset of lymphoid tissues exhibited strong cytoplasmic positivity. The adrenal, respiratory epithelium of bronchus, fallopian tube, gall bladder, exocrine pancreas and urothelial cells displayed moderate immunoreactivity. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
