Staining summary
HPA047050 Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear staining. Stomach and renal tubules displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Pneumocytes, squamous epithelia, bile duct cells, cells in glomeruli and the CNS tissues except neuronal cells were negative.
HPA050583 Most of the normal cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic or nuclear immunoreactivity. Renal tubules and heart muscle cells were strongly stained. Salivary gland, pancreatic islets, breast, Purkinje cells, lymphoid tissues and smooth muscle cells were negative.
