Most cancer tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic and occasional membrane positivity. Few duct carcinomas of breast along with rare colorectal, prostate, ovarian cancers and melanoma showed strong positivity.
Cancer tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with additional nuclear or membrane positivity in several tissues. Few cases of skin, liver, endometrial, breast, prostate and colorectal cancers were weakly stained or negative.
