Staining summary
Strong membranous staining was observed in small intestine, gall bladder, seminal vesicle and uterine glands. Squamous epithelia of cervix, colon and rectum displayed moderate membranous positivity. Cells in seminiferus ducts showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in Leydig cells. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
