Weak to moderate nucleolar positivity was displayed in most normal tissues. Additional cytoplasmic staining was exhibited in smooth muscle cells, while small intestine and rectum showed additional membranous staining. Squamous epithelial cells and neuronal cells were strongly stained. Placental trophoblastic cells, glial cells, spleen, lymph node, skeletal myocytes and soft tissues were generally negative.
