Staining summary
Exocrine pancreas showed strong cytoplasmic staining whereas a subset of cells in tonsil showed strong nuclear positivity. Moderate cytoplasmic staining was observed in hepatocytes, neuronal cells of hippocampus, lateral ventricle and intercalated discs in heart myocytes. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
