Most cancers exhibited weak to moderate nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity. Few cases of urothelial, glioma along with rare endometrial and melanoma cancers showed strong nuclear positivity. Rare cases of stomach and pancreatic cancers showed strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. The prostate, carcinoid, lymphoma and liver cancers were weakly stained or negative.
