Most of the normal cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Stomach, renal tubules, non-germinal center cells of lymphoid tissues, white pulp of spleen and subset of skeletal muscle cells were strongly stained. Smooth muscle cells, renal glomeruli and mesenchymal cells were mainly negative.

Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in neuronal cells of hippocampus, renal tubules, stomach and hepatocytes. Additional nuclear staining was observed in hepatocytes. Respiratory epithelia, intestinal tract, prostate, thyroid and urothelia were moderately stained. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
