Weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in most normal tissues. Upper airway epithelia, exocrine pancreas, placental trophoblastic cells, thyroid and adrenal glands displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Squamous epithelia, bile duct cells, glomeruli, glial cells and germinal center cells were negative.

A subset of placental trophoblasts and subset of non-germinal center cells displayed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Cells in seminiferous duct, fraction of neuronal cells, rectum and fallopian tube were moderately stained. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
