Weak to moderate granular cytoplasmic staining was observed in breast, prostate and a few colorectal cancers. Occasional cases of squamous cell carcinomas and melanomas showed strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Remaining cancer cells were mainly negative.
Most cases of glioma, melanoma and a rare case of lung cancer displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. A few cases of glioma, melanoma, breast and testicular cancers were moderately stained. Remaining cancer cells were weakly stained or negative.
