Dividing cells e.g. lymphoid germinal center cells, basal cells in squamous epithelia and intestinal crypts showed distinct nuclear immunotreactivity. Renal tubules, exocrine pancreas and hepatocytes showed cytoplasmic positivity. Adipose tissue showed moderate to strong staining. Cells in the CNS, pancreatic islets, prostate, lung, skeletal and smooth muscle were generally negative.
