A majority of normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in subsets of glandular cells in salivary gland, breast and prostate. Strong nuclear positivity was observed in bone marrow poetic cells. Cerebellum and most lymphoid tissues were generally negative.
