The majority of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear positivity. Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in small intestine, thyroid gland, adrenal cortex, urothelium and placenta while Leydig cells showed strong nuclear positivity. Alveolar macrophages, spleen and cells in CNS were generally negative.

Moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity was seen in gastrointestinal tract and renal tubules. Cells in CNS showed moderate nuclear staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
