Cancer cells generally showed moderate cytoplasmic and often additional nuclear immunoreactivity. Renal and hepatocellular carcinomas showed strong cytoplasmic staining in most cases. Several lymphomas and basal cell carcinomas were weakly stained.
Cases of prostate and hepatocellular carcinomas showed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Most lymphomas, skin and urothelial cancers were negative. Remaining cancer tissues generally showed moderate positivity.
