Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in smooth muscle cells, subsets of lymphoid and bone marrow poietic cells. Purkinje cells, skeletal muscle, cardiac myocytes and fractions of neuronal cells showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining normal cells were weakly stained or negative.
