Most normal tissues showed cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Several cases showed also either cytoplasmic or nuclear staining e.g. strong cytoplasmic staining were seen in stratum granulosum in skin while oral mucosa showed strictly nuclear staining. Purkinje cells in cerebellum and neurons in hippocampus were also strongly cytoplasmic stained. Leukocytes were generally negative.
