Few adenocarcinomas of lung showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Few pancreatic malignancies along with occasional cases of ovarian tumors and melanomas displayed weak staining. Remaining cancer tissues were negative.
A majority of tumour tissues displayed weak to moderate nucleolar positivity with additional cytoplasmic positivity in some cases. Few cases of squamous cell carcinomas of skin were strongly stained. Several cases of gliomas, lymphomas, endometrial and liver cancers were negative.
