Staining summary
HPA023240 Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and/or nuclear immunoreactivity. Duodenum, gall and urinary bladder showed distinct membranous positivity. Strong staining was for example observed in the gastrointestinal tract, breast, salivary gland, respiratory and transitional epithelia. Hepatocytes and muscle cells were weakly stained or negative.
HPA024607 A majority of normal cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in exocrine pancreas, thyroid, epididymis and placental trophoblasts. The liver, squamous epithelia, salivary glands and myocytes were negative.
