Staining summary
Basal layers in squamous epithalia, respiratory epithelia and prostate showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Salivary ducts displayed strong luminal membranous staining whereas glandular cells of breast showed strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Intestinal glands, placental trophoblasts and gallbladder showed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Strong nuclear staining was observed in subset of cells in seminiferus ducts. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
