Staining summary
HPA021425 Most normal cells showed moderate cytoplasmic staining and additional nuclear staining in squamous epithelium and parathyroid gland. Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in the intestine while cells in CNS were weakly stained.
HPA024423 Most of the normal cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Strong staining was seen in glandular cells of large intestine, adrenal cortical cells, placental trophoblasts and Purkinje cells in cerebellum. Islet cells of pancreas were negative.
