Staining summary
Normal tissues generally showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Subsets of cells in seminiferous ducts displayed strong nuclear immunoreactivity while squamous epithelia showed moderate nuclear staining. Bile duct cells, glial cells and spleen were mainly negative.
