Most of the normal cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity, often in a granular pattern. Additional nuclear staining was seen in hepatocytes, exocrine pancreas and squamous epithelia. Respiratory epithelia and fallopian tube showed distinct membranous staining. Glial cells, germinal center cells of lymphoid tissues, skin epidermal cells and smooth muscle cells were weakly stained or negative.
