Most of the normal cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Epididymis were strongly stained. The liver, squamous epithelia, most cells of CNS, lymphoid tissues, smooth and skeletal muscle cells were negative.

Exocrine pancreas, subsets of cells in seminiferus ducts of testis and subsets of germinal and non-germinal center cells of tonsil displayed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Gall bladder, thyroid, respiratory epithelia, placental trophoblasts, prostate, endocervical glands and fraction of endometrial glands were moderately stained. Remaining normal cells along with stroma were weakly stained or negative.
