Staining summary
Gallbladder and small intestine displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining. A subset of skeletal muscle cells displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Prostate and pancreatic ducts showed strong membranous staining. Moderate cytoplasmic, membranous and nuclear immunoreactivity was observed in a subset of cells in seminiferous ducts of testis. Squamous epithelia, large intestine, stomach and adrenal gland showed weak to moderate staining. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
