Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear staining. Purkinje cells, parathyroid gland and small intestine exhibited strong cytoplasmic staining as well as cells in seminiferus ducts and hematopoietic cells which additionally exhibited nuclear immunoreactivity. Renal tubules displayed additional strong membranous positivity. Cells in pneumocytes, liver, glomeruli, urothelial cells, smooth muscle, non-germinal center cells and the glial cells were negative.
