A majority of malignant tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining, additional nuclear immunoreactivity in a few cases. Cases of endometrial, cervical and ovarian cancers were strongly stained. Malignant gliomas and lymphomas were negative.
Malignant cells showed moderate to strong granular positivity in the cytoplasm. Malignant lymphomas were in general negative while several squamous cells carcinomas were weakly stained or negative.
