Most normal tissues showed moderate to strong luminal membranous and/or cytoplasmic positivity. Endothelial cells were distinctly stained. Lymphoid tissues, lung, liver, female reproductive system and muscle tissues were in general negative.

Purkinje cells, placenta and subsets of cells in seminiferus ducts displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Moderate to strong cytoplasmic and luminal membranous staining was observed in ducts in salivary gland, stomach, gall bladder, renal tubules and epididymis. Sinusoids in spleen were distinctly stained. Remaining normal cells were negative.
