Staining summary
HPA003894 Most normal cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Squamous epithelia were generally negative.
HPA005437 Glandular epithelia generally displayed strong cytoplasmic staining, often accentuated to the plasma membrane or in combination with faint nuclear positivity. In salivary glands, the serous glands showed distinct nuclear staining. Lymphoid tissues showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Cells of the CNS displayed strong nuclear positivity. Squamous epithelia were faintly stained in basal cell layers.
CAB001945 Moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining of glandular epithelia, lymphoid cells, skeletal muscle and CNS were observed. Urothelium and squamous epithelium were mainly negative.
