Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear positivity. The adrenal gland, neurons and testis displayed strong immunoreactivity. Most liver and glial cells were negative.

Strong staining was observed in trophoblasts, prostate gland, epididymis, neurons and subsets of lymphoid cells outside the reaction centra. Squamous epithelia, liver, glial cells, endometrial and ovarian stroma cells were generally negative.

Basal cells in seminiferus ducts displayed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining while strong cytoplasmic staining was observed Brunners glands, exocrine pancreas and subsets of neuronal cells. Muscle, lymphoid cells, liver and squamous epithelia were generally negative.
