Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear staining in several cases. Placenta, adrenal gland, renal tubules, Purkinje cells, subset of non-germinal center cells of lymphoid tissues and smooth muscle cells were strongly stained. Adipocytes, chondrocytes and spleen were negative.

Normal tissue showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. The adrenal, colon, small intestine, gallbladder and adipocytes in soft tissues showed strong positivity. Squamous epithelia of cervix, oral mucosa and vagina, salivary gland ducts and breast displayed moderate membranous and cytoplasmic staining. Trophoblastic cells and urothelial cells showed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Bile duct cells, parathyroid, spleen and the glial cells were negative.
