Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate membranous positivity often with additional cytoplasmic staining. Strong staining was observed in the large intestine, gall bladder, prostate and placental trophoblasts. Hepatocytes, most cells in CNS, lymphoid tissues and myocytes were weakly stained or negative.
