A majority of cancer tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with a granular pattern. Most squamous cell carcinomas were negative.
Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in most gliomas, head & neck, thyroid, colorectal and liver cancers. Several cases of malignant melanomas, ovarian, endometrial and pancreatic cancers showed strong staining. Remaining cancer tissues showed moderate staining.
