Staining summary
HPA038458 Normal tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity with a distinct granular pattern.
HPA038459 Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or membranous positivity. Epididymis displayed strong membranous staining while strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity was observed in fraction of endometrial glands and smooth muscle cells. Strong nuclear positivity was observed in subset of cells in adrenal cortex and salivary gland. Hepatocytes, lymphoid tissues, neuronal and glial cells were generally negative.
