Staining summary
HPA038724 Most of the normal cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear immunoreactivity. Purkinje cells were strongly stained.
HPA038725 A majority of normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous staining in a few cases. A subset of cells in seminiferus ducts were distinctly stained. Strong luminal membranous staining was observed in the intestine. Plasma and extracellular matrix showed strong immunoreactivity. Bile duct, decidual cells, salivary gland and most cells of lymphoid tissues and CNS were negative.
HPA061514 Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Salivary gland displayed strong positivity. Rena tubules displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Hematopoietic cells, cells in glomeruli, bile duct cells and placenta were negative.
