Staining summary
HPA062724 Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate nucleolar staining with occasional cytoplasmic positivity in few cases. Intestinal tract exhibited additional moderate luminal membranous staining. The neuronal cells, squamous epithelium of esophagus and skin displayed strong nucleolar positivity. Smooth muscle exhibited strong cytoplasmic staining. Pneumocytes, bile duct cells, cells in glomeruli, trophoblastic cells, breast, glial cells and the lymphoid tissues were negative.
HPA063392 Normal tissues displayed weak to moderate nucleolar staining with additional cytoplasmic positivity in several tissues. Purkinje cells were strongly stained. Soft tissues, bile duct cells and ovary were negative.
