Staining summary
HPA047455 Normal cells displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Additional membranous staining was observed in colon, salivary gland, endometrial glands and renal tubules. Purkinje cells exhibited additional nucleolar staining. Adipocytes and smooth muscle cells were weakly stained or negative.
HPA051011 Moderate cytoplasmic positivity was displayed in muscle tissues, endothelial cells and Leydig cells. Additional membranous staining was exhibited in renal tubules, stomach and small intestine while hepatocytes showed additional nuclear positivity. Myoepithelial cells of breast and a subset of cells in intestinal tract, lymphoid tissues and seminiferus ducts of testis displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
